Job Overview
Join our core product engineering crew building intuitive collaboration tools. You will ship clean Next.js App Router applications, optimize client bundles, and occasionally explain why a button takes 200ms to render on mobile.
Responsibilities
- Build snappy, responsive web interfaces using React Server Components and modern Tailwind CSS.
- Design clean PostgreSQL schemas, row-level security (RLS) policies, and performant API routes.
- Refactor legacy client-rendered components into server-rendered architecture.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional React and TypeScript development.
- Demonstrated experience with Next.js App Router, SSR, and server actions.
- Passionate about web performance, Core Web Vitals, and responsive UI design.
