2. Job Listing & Review Policy

• Manual Review: Every job submitted to EmployMeNot is reviewed by a human editor before publication to filter out spam, multi-level marketing, and non-authentic job posts.
• Direct Apply Only: All listings must provide a direct URL to the employer’s official career portal. EmployMeNot does not store resumes or act as an intermediary.
• Listing Accuracy & Expiry: Expired or filled positions are flagged and removed from active sitemaps and search indexes.
• Community Reporting: Users can report broken links, inaccurate salaries, or expired roles directly via the “Report this listing” button on any job page.

3. Satirical Nature & Editorial Commentary

EmployMeNot provides satirical editorial commentary (such as “EmployMeNot Translations”, “Corporate BS Meter™”, and “EmployMeNot Verdicts™”) alongside job discovery. This commentary represents lighthearted parody and corporate satire, and should not be construed as defamatory claims or factual audits of company operations.

EmployMeNot is an independent platform and is NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by LinkedIn Corporation or Microsoft Corporation. All trademarks, company names, and logos belong to their respective holders.

5. No Employment Guarantee & Third-Party Processing

EmployMeNot does not act as an employment agency, recruiter, or hiring party. We do not screen candidates, guarantee interview callbacks, or process employment applications. All employment relationships and hiring decisions are strictly between you and the respective employer.
