Job Overview
NextGen Solutions needs an Enterprise Agile Coach to transform high-performing engineering squads who ship code regularly into squads that spend 20 hours a week estimating story points with Fibonacci poker cards.
Responsibilities
- Introduce 4 new mandatory recurring ceremonies to ensure developers have no contiguous 2-hour blocks of focus time.
- Teach traditional enterprise executives how to call their existing waterfall milestones 'epics' and 'sprints'.
- Produce color-coded velocity burn-down charts that show steady progress regardless of actual delivery.
Requirements
- 7+ years coaching corporate enterprises in SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), and multiple acronyms after your name.
- Unshakable belief that every human dilemma can be resolved with a retrospective sticky note exercise.
