Job Overview
PaperClip Dynamics is hiring a Senior Product Manager to ideate 50 new features per quarter, prioritize them based on the loudest customer's mood, and then cancel them two weeks after launch to focus on AI.
Responsibilities
- Write 20-page Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that engineers will skim for 45 seconds.
- Schedule alignment meetings with 18 attendees where nothing is decided except the date of the next alignment meeting.
- Track product adoption metrics and present them in graphs with ambiguous Y-axes to leadership.
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience.
- Demonstrated mastery of buzzwords including 'flywheel', 'paradigm shift', and 'low-hanging fruit'.
- Ability to diplomatically tell customers 'it is on our roadmap' when it has never been discussed.
